- Didn't fix things we asked to be fixed for over a year. Some things weren't fixed even after we moved out. We couldn't have a shower properly for 2 months.
- Staff didn't turn up for appointments.
- Staff were argumentative, very unhelpful, unsympathetic, and ignorant.
- When fire alarm was set off by accident, the emergency phone number didn't work and they promised to review the fire regulations and give guidance to all tenants. This didn't happen.
- Allow really bad tenants to live in their properties, even though the induction process is fairly strict. Example: some tenants near to us used to kick their front door down on Saturday nights or press every flats' buzzer repeatedly when they had forgotten their key, usually after midnight, as well as causing other criminal damage (punching walls, etc). Police were called twice but Bradgate Property Management did nothing and we had no apology or explanation.
- Takes 2 or 3 times asking to get things done.
Impossible to arrange for someone to come and fix things in the flat without taking a day off work because Bradgate simply won't work after 5:30pm or on weekends. In my opinion this is unacceptable. What's worse is the 2 times I had a day off work for them to come round they didn't turn up!!!
- Came round without an appointment and tried to use master key in the early morning (Saturday) when we were still asleep. Another time staff entered our flat with their master key when we were there. They did have an appointment but entered without knocking!
- Didn't give us a key for the letter box on induction and it took 7 months of asking to get it. Although we requested a second set of keys, which they said would be fine at the induction, we didn't receive them for months.

- Bradgate Property Management have a disgraceful attitude at worst and at best are untrustworthy and very hard work. This company doesn't deserve to survive - this recession or otherwise. Highly un-recommended.
