I would like to say that Robertson Smith & Kempson Estate Agents has provided an excellent service to me during the purchase of my flat. They have been reliable and prompt. On making an offer, I had a positive response very quickly, and from that time until completion, they did everything to make things run as quickly and smoothly as possible. The sales coordinator, James McTaggart, was excellent, very helpful during the buying process. The only negative point i can make is that RSK is not giving much details to the buyers, especially by email, i had to find it from my solicitor. It would help and speed up my decision. Perhaps all agents sell properties in the same way.. However, I would like to recommend RSK wholeheartedly. They are reliable.
