I made a booking centrally through the faceless online telephone number and had to wait 10 days for a viewing which was confirmed via email. However upon turning up at the house the owner knew nothing about the appointment and asked me to wait outside. I waited and then he opened the door as another couple came out who had viewed the house. He refused to let me in saying that he had just sold the house to the said couple. What a complete waste of my time especially on Easter weekend and how rude. If this is how Purplebricks conduct their business I will not be selling my house through them or go to any more viewings with them. They have just lost a potential customer to buy and sell in the future.
