The letting agent Alex Fletcher was very imformative and helpful with regards to placing my property on the rental market, especially as I was letting out my property for the first time.
A professional and friendly service is provided by all agents and queries are dealt with very promptly. Alex was also helpful in providing contact details for various tradespeople to get the property ready to let and tenants were found really quickly.
I would highly recommend Romans as a letting agent.
