A waste of time. We visited the studio flat without him but with the current tenant, then the tenant say to him that we were interested in the flat and Pritesh contacted us to ask about the reference . We gave him all what he asked us, we told him that we were capable to moving in the flat the next month. He said to us that after the references everything would be good, and the landlord it's not to gonna say not. So he ask us part of the deposit for take the flat out of the market. Whiling this the days pasted and he didn't give us a confirm. So we were concerned about the situation cause if our reference didn't match we should know as soon as possible. So we called him to have an answer about the landlord thought and he told us to don't worry about it, everything was fine. So we trust him, after days we asked to sign the contract and he told us that we were going to sign it the day that we'll moving in the house. So we trust him, prepared all our stuff into the luggage, booking a van . The day after we moving we asked him to a meeting to see the contract he said yes and in the same morning he cancelled the meeting because he doesn't have the contract ready . The day before we were supposed to moving in the flat he called us to say that the landlord said no to rent the flat to us. But the day before he told us that the landlord was gonna to give us the key of the flat the same day of the coming in. The explanation of this was that the landlord felt insecure about our references, so pritesh had a entire month to communicate us this but he preferred to said everything was ok and told us that the landlord said ok to give us the key. Now thanks to him we have just two days to find a home or we will stay without a home. I don't want to know if the fault was of the landlord, but i think he covered the fact that he didn't contact the landlord soon as possible but just the day before the transfer, so he blamed the landlord. I don't know how much this behaviour is legal... Anyway not professional at all, we were wrong to trust him by a verbal contract.
