I had a similar experience. Rented a property from Sept 07- Sept 08, and they have not returned our deposit. They have done this to lots of people and there are 5 outstanding County Court Judgments against them. Do not use them, they are conmen!...

Used these estate agents for a property in South London. The property fell through and Open Doors Estate kept our 5k deposit. Tried to get it back but they started a new company in its place....
