Terrible dealings - the list is endless. Almost non-existent communication, they ignore emails and messages left on their answering machine, their inventory had nearly 100 errors/omissions (and included items we did not leave in the property so we think the inventory after we left was never done - but an attempt was made using the photos taken for marketing, on which our belongings are shown). We pay for "on time" but on 2 occasions when the tenant was late paying rent we got it late, too. All we got was our premiums returned for those 2 months. They extended the tenancy without making contact with us; they did not have our address, phone numbers or email address on file; they told British Gas that they do not manage our property so we had to get involved; after providing missing contact information they could not find our British Gas Service Contract agreement number.... We have had to take legal advice and we will now need to return to the UK to view the property. We are presently complaining through the complaints procedure as our local (Crewe) office will not answer our questions. Watch this space...
