Spoke to Kim regarding our boiler (only serviced 2 months ago). She is rude, arrogant and honestly doesnt care. Then she spins what she says. I asked who to complain to. She stated to complain to the MD, because Jenny was 'JUST AN OFFICE MANAGER'. I have used Premier Lets Ltd Seaford for 4 years (2 properties) now. On signing, they are soooo nice. On renew, its ok, as its just money in the pocket. If you have any problem what so ever, it is not theirs! I have already complained to the Land Lord Directly, to inform them, that i hope they change agents -as we will not renew if they stay here with a group of ladies that dont give a f****!!!
Back ground, we are local business owners, and dont phone at every chance we can to get something fixed (although we are waiting for guttering to be replaced from 13 months ago!). Emergency number (used at 10pm to ask where the stop cock was) was not answered. Luckily the landlord was up when i banged his door down. At least he knew where it was (not in the kitchen or any where it would normally have been). I asked Kim what would have happened if i called them -she had no answer, so i said if i couldnt have turned the water off, what would have happened with all the blown electrics and f***ed carpets etc. DO YOU KNOW WHAT! SHE DID NOT CARE. STAY CLEAR OF THIS BUNCH, THEY ARE SHIT
What agent could do to change your mind?
As stated above, i have asked the land lord to change agents. They are as useful as a fart in a space suit.
