If all agents were like the team at Country Properties Hitchin then Estate Agents would not have the reputation they sadly do. Sophie, Jasmine and Pam are very responsive to me as a landlord and my tenants (I only have 1 small property to let and yet I do feel I get a very personal service as if I were an important client of theirs, this makes such a difference and makes my business sticky). I would have no hesitation in describing them as very helpful, polite and professional. What is key for me is that they listen to what I want, they aren't so keen to make the sale that they go against my interests and so I do see them as advisers and a partner rather than just a service provider. I would thoroughly recommend.
Comment on agent fees
There are cheaper, there are more expensive. I would class CP as a premium provider in the area and for the service I get I am happy to pay their fees.
