I have been renting here for over a year now, and I just feel that KFH don't care about the tenants.
I lost my key and I need authorisation to get a new key cut... I have been waiting 3 weeks for this!!! I am having to wait for my flatmates to be in to let me in.
They have stopped returning my emails and the phone rang out when I tried to call, so it seems I can't get in my own property!
