Sophie was great throughout the whole process, didn't appear to be in it for just the money which is always nice. Very good at communication, easy to get on the phone and email, quickly replied and made a stressful move so much easier. Gave great advice for future moves

Fees: always annoying, same as most other places, should be lower I believe to do all the checks.
