We've been with Paramount for four years now and during that period our contact for any problems with our flat has been Morelle Baker. Dealing with agencies and/or landlords to solve issues quickly is always a hit and miss affair, but Morelle's customer service has been excellent throughout our stay, always replying promptly to our emails and keeping us in the loop as to when the work can be carried out.
Very recently we reported a number of problems relating to our kitchen and bathroom within the space of one email, and to our delight they were addressed and dealt with inside 24 hours; indeed, she was on hand to provide us with advice for solving two of the issues ourselves, which saved us from potentially having to pay a bill.
Paramount as a whole have been thoroughly professional, and unlike some other agencies have made life simple, particularly with contract issues. Very much recommended.
