I recently moved into a new home through Ivory & Hatton, from the very beginning of the viewing process both Jason and Jamie were helpful and informative, it made moving as seamless as possible and I am loving my new flat. Thank you both for a pleasant experience.

I was supposed to move in a flat which this agency is promoting but they canceled everything the day before the moving date. Everything was very slow and they were absolutely not reliable. I would avoid this agency as much as possible....

They were nice before you signed the contract. Once you moved in they kinda attendoned you. Extremely slow on repairment, even it's as simple as changing the broken curtain (had been broken since before the last tenants moved out). ...
