Very tiring to make enquiries about properties listed on Bairstow Eves website as for sale - when they are clearly not for sale. 2 responses from 2 different agents re: properties where the vendor currently does not wish to sell - yet they choose to still showcase and list it on their website, with a rather poor excuse that there is no facility on the website to say it is actually not for sale! Isn't this just blatant false advertising! and wasting peoples time?

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
