The staff at next are personable. Particularly Glen and Tiffany. Tiffany works at ensuring that any issue reported with the property I rent are dealt with in a timely manner. She is efficient.

Agents fees are always bad. Having been to a number of agents the fees at Next are not the worse. The initial moving in and referencing fee is competitive and thus palatable. Unfortunately they only offer contracts for a year. Each year you have to pay an admin fee to renew the contact. The annual admin fee is too high at ‚£150. ‚£100 would be acceptable.
