Be very careful when using this agent. Make sure you check the Schedule of Condition very carefully, don't sign it until you've checked the property and take photographs of every room in detail. You must protect yourself this way because if there is a dispute over the deposit at the end this agent will assist the landlord to take every penny from you they can.
