It has been a pleasure to meet Jav and to have his assistance during this, at times, rather stressful and confusing process of flat hunting.
He is always so helpful and kind, sets out information very clearly and doesn't mind explaining things more than once. He is very patient and always seems genuinely concerned and helpful.
I think he is the sort of person who would do well in any capacity where public relations are important and wish him well in his career as an estate agent.
