Amazing experience with Country Properties from start to finish when I sold my house last year.
Informative and thorough initial visit led me to putting my house on the market with them a week later.
Initial interest was excellent, within days of the property going live they had arranged a very healthy succession of viewings resulting in multiple offers.
Within a week, as a result of James's calm approach and experience I accepted a very positive offer that exceeded well beyond my expectation.
Rebecca and James were super to deal with, extremely pleasant, professional and reassuring throughout, keeping me informed at every stage.
I have sold several properties over the years with various agents and Country Properties stood head and shoulders above the others.
