Rented a flat for my son through this shambles. Agree totally with other reviews, stay away! They lie, cheat & steal. Would never use them again. They removed a new bed from the property prior to end of tenancy & sub-let it. This was after giving them a key for viewing, paying rent in full to end of agreement & leaving the placing a much better state than when it was taken on. They have NO MORALS!

Blatant robbery by overcharging tenants and also it seems landlords. Why anyone would use these agents is beyond me; they lie and make up false claims to charge extra on top of fees and rent. The £145 renewal fee is disgusting and the ban ...
