Realistic view of the property and prospective buyers was helpful when deciding whether to sell and when to sell.
During the course of the sale always had a good knowledge of how the chain was standing up and if not available to speak to me when I telephoned called back with the required information promptly.

Comment on agent fees
Obviously more expensive than online only agents but similar with other High Street Agents. I would have wished to pay less but you get what you pay for and James worked hard to keep the sale on track.
