I would like to thank Bradley Estate Agents in Sidmouth for their very efficient service in association with selling our house in Sidmouth.
Within 3 weeks of advertising our house, we had had some 10 viewings, and 3 offers, one of which was at the asking price. When we accepted that offer, Bradleys kept us fully informed of progress and were only too happy to assist with my enquiries.
As it was the first house I have sold and I live some 280 miles away, I relied on Bradleys for viewings, visiting the property for insurance purposes and meter reads. They were always happy to assist.
All in all, it made selling the house, a very easy and pleasurable experience.
