This is my first experience of letting a property. Pam and her team were very helpful and my house was let almost immediately. The whole process was much easier than I'd imagined and I'd recommend Pam Dewhurst and Country Properties to any prospective landlord.
Comment on agent fees
The fees seem fair, however I haven't compared them with other agents' fees.
