I had a worse experience dealing with these guys. They never listen to tenants. During the whole tenancy they tried to put the stuff on me even which was not my responsibility and at the end of the tenancy they deducted the amount from my deposit without notifying me and when I asked for the details that agent sent me the invoice. I am living here in London for long time now and have dealt with different agents they always inform the tenants about any cost/procedure well in time but they are pretty bad in this.

Sean obtained the best possible figure close to the asking prices for the property and kept
