Comfort Lettings have been managing my properties for about a year on a full management contract, and they have been exceptional throughout the process. As a property investor, I have had relationships with different agencies across the country for years, and I can honestly say that Comfort Lettings are amongst the best I have worked with. They have been extremely professional, accurate in their estimates, and personable. Every person I worked with followed the same integrity, professionalism and personal approach, which have contributed to forming a very strong partnership. True colours usually come out when something goes wrong and (call me weird!) I always look forward to something going wrong when I deal with agencies, so I can see their real value and operational strength. Things did go wrong a couple of times as expected in real life, and Comfort Lettings kept to their proactive high standards to resolve issues timely. The contractors they use are also very competent, fairly priced and completed work to a high standard. I have confidence that I can trust this agency to be honest, competent and backed up by people with integrity who provide easy and timely solutions. Thank you Tom, Hannah, Manraj and Josh for all your assistance and hard work, and for making it a pleasure to deal with you!

We have had a great experience with Jess and Laura in the office. Any issues regarding the tenancy renew and maintenance have been responded in time.
