They are sly and do not reveal as to what you need to get yourself referenced for a property. Once they get the holding and referencing fees from you then their agent is nowhere to be seen and they do not give importance to you any more. They do have some nice properties on their portfolio but its their customer service,their representative esp. Josh Taylor who misguides you.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If the estate agent had resolved the issues. Would have been helpful if they had helped in finding myself and my son suitable accommodation whilst essential work was carried out on the property instead of charging us rent and allowing us to live out of a suitcase. Covering the costs of the effects that it had on us. Keeping us updated and informed when they suggested that they would. Abide by the legal obligations as set out in our tenancy! It takes nothing to ...... Apologise but only received an apology once after they gave a key to the property to an external company and entered without informing me or gaining permission!

I have checked our records and can find no evidence of a tenant called Kate or indeed Kathryn. So am not in a position to reply to this complaint, as I feel this may be another estate agent trying to tarnish our good reputation.
