We haven't had any problems with Paramount, we have received the deposit within one week from moving out from the flat, and Paramount have always responded quickly and fixed all problems with the flat immediately. 24hr maintenance service also deserves credit. They were extremely helpful when there was a burglary in our flat. Overall, no complaints from us, we have had only good experiences with Paramount.
