I was looking for a property to let so contacted Madison Brook, Mr. Daniel Juttner showed us a property in royal Victoria Docks London E16 telling us that the flat will be vacant in second week of march,confirming that we released the deposit payment of £500 next day.
After almost a week, We called him to ask when can we sign the contract,it is then that he informs us that the current Tenant in the property is not moving out on informed date and so the property is not available anymore.

This news was broken to us when we had less then a week to move out, after going through all that according to their company policy they will only return the deposit money after 21 days which till date i have not received its more than 40 days now.

After repeated attempts to follow them up via email and phone calls, they wear highly unprofessional and would hardly any respond or effort to put us through a proper accountable authority.

Highly disappointing.
