We have nothing but the highest praise for Edward Knight, Terry Dainty in particular.
The sale of our property was handled very professionally, yet at the same time Terry is one of the nicest people you could meet and will go the 'extra-mile' for his customers.
Through Edward Knight we secured a sale on our property within the first few days of it being marketed - we even had viewings through them before the property had been photographed!
Terry was confident on his initial valuation of our property that he could sell it quickly......and he was absolutely true to his word, putting in the legwork to get people through the door.
Throughout the process leading up to exchange of contracts Terry has kept us informed and always been on hand to answer any queries.
We would like to offer our thanks to Terry and his team for a job extremely well done.
