Our tenant was having problems with the oven which is covered by a service agreement with British Gas. They said they were unable to replace the faulty knobs. However, a private contractor was able to do this and, therefore, we paid for it to be done. Molly contacted British Gas and said that they should have been able to carry out the work under the agreement. They agreed and are refunding the payment made to the private contractor. Molly's efforts were really above and beyond the call of duty and we were really pleased. Our property is managed by Romans which gives us peace of mind and I would certainly recommend.
