Thank you for your email and the opportunity to address your concerns and hopefully mend your opinion of Peter Heron Residential Sales and Lettings.
As I understand the events of today are as follows;
You called in and spoke with myself relating to the bond negotiations you and your partner had with Lizi yesterday, you were unhappy with the amount relating to the days owed, during this call you expressed exasperation with myself. I personally found the call difficult, there was raised voice and it ended with your partner repeating ‘just leave it' in the background and the call ended. I tried explaining the breakdown of the amount taken, and re-iterated this was all completed and in agreement yesterday. I felt the call ended negatively but I had tried my best to explain.
You then called back and spoke with Lizi direct, I was not part of the call but did over hear Lizi repeating herself relating to the fact the bond retention had been agreed, as already discussed yesterday and then with myself on the earlier call. I want to apologise if any time during this call you felt the customer service was lacking, Lizi has been a member of our staff for over a year now and during this time we have received no complaints relating to her customer service and if anything people have went out of their way to praise Lizi so this is very surprising for me hear.
I feel throughout the tenancy we have been extremely accommodating, especially relating to the end of the tenancy and the late rent payments so I am disappointed to think things may end on a negative note regardless of this.
Please find attached the complaints handling procedure if you wish to follow this route but hope me taking the time to speak with you earlier, and address your email has shown my commitment toward addressing your dissatisfaction.

As those reading your review can see, your dissatisfaction stems from personal opinion of customer service only, I feel confident this situation was dealt with to the best of our availability, and due to the lack of response to the above email I assume this is over.
