I am first time property buyer and the property I was buying through
Connells Estate Agent in Slough. I started my paperwork on 28Feb12. At
the time of starting paperwork they advised me to do your paper as
early as possible, which I did. Connells (Ms Nadzada Gulmac) charge me
extra fee to process my Mortgage even I could get my mortgage done
myself but I was forced to process with Connells only, even they
mention they got the same offer from some other person too, but
because the person not processing mortgage with us, we do not want
sell this property to him, and were blackmailed me too for the same.
Total Amount Charged by Connells GBP 842.42.
My mortgage done on 23Mar12 by the bank.
I hired my Solicitors on 02Mar12 to start my paperwork and checks about the property. It cost me £1140.
My paperwork finished by my Solicitors on 11Apr12. I signed Property
Exchange Contract and gave the Advance payment Cheque on 12Apr12.
All was done from my end on 12Apr12.
During all this paper work I have asked many times Connells
regarding the property missing information, but all the time they were fail to give me those information
even I emailed them. This was the service I was getting all the way in

Ragarding above property i was requested you few of details.
1- Service Charges?.
2- Single glaze Windows will be allowed to convert into Double glaze?.
3- Outstanding bills will be cleared by the seller?.
4- Building Insurance will be paid by Landlord?.
5- Flat Electric Clearance Certificate?.
Could you please forward me above detail.

Now on 16Apr12. Connells they are calling me to inform me, they got a
higher offer and you have to increase your offer or we have to sell
Now I want at least bring this information to all of the relevant
Government department what are The Estate Agents polices. Watchdog
Department should investigate with the Estate agents how they are robbing
1st of all if they do not have information about the property, why the
sell them, they are trying to Robe the innocent people and with one
property they make commissions of 10 time and blackmail people.
It was very hard to earn all of the above money and they got for
nothing and left me empty handed. Now at least I cannot think to buy a
property for more two years.
What agent could do to change your mind?
1- Get me the Property
2-Refund all of expenses (Agent/Solicitors Fee)
