They accepted my offer, I paid the PTAC and now they asking me to increase my offer. They said that my company failed the company pre-check: an Experian credit check, which is pointless, as my company has got more than enough funds. They even didn't contact my accountant. it looks like a bogus excuse just because they have got another offer. They now asked to pay the full amount in advance and/or increase my offer.

I understand the company check as a procedure to see if my company could pay for it.

Not apply, as I am still dealing, trying to lose the minimum amount of money. Let's see how much money I will lose.
