Very poor service, had high hopes when they took over mansgement
of the block but they've just left me disappointed and angry that it is deemed reasonable to have had leaking windows for the last six months!! Staff have a bad attitude and very poor customer relations. Its amazing how much bad press there is about them yet they're allowed to continue and people still choose to let from them. Unfortunately they were forced on us!!
