As first time buyers we didn't really know what to expect. But all we seemed to get from Lovett&Co was confusion - each time we spoke to them we got a totally different story about our purchase. We weren't kept updated with the purchase and had to chase repeatedly for any news. When Lovett&Co did come to us with info (twice) it turned out to be incorrect information. Really unimpressed and would avoid at all costs in future. They did not help us at all. And they weren't bothered at all when our vendors delayed handing mover the keys until after 4pm after completion. Not a good first impression! Certainly won't be using them if/when we decide to sell our property.
Whilst waiting in their offices for the vendor to finally show up with the keys, we witnessed other customers coming in with similar attitudes to us - they all seemed very angry and displeased with the service they (were not) receiving.
