Rent late, no notification, I have to chase.
I have not received rent for 2 months now, but no news, warning or communication whatsoever.
Speaking to the staff they say things like 'it's not my area'.
Nobody takes responsibility.
Callbacks are promised but never actioned.
The most appalling customer service I have ever received.
What agent could do to change your mind?
To change my mind they should resolve previous issues and not allow this atrocious 'service' to continue. First and foremost communication with customers so they are aware of their state of affairs, take some accountability, fix the issues! BJB is the worst company I have had e misfortune of dealing with, in any sector!
