Kiera has been very helpful and I am grateful for her contacting the vendors on my behalf on a few occasions using her own initiative. I know she had reservations on my offer - not helped by mother telling her we were cash buyers with no chain when actually at the time we didn't have the cash and there was a chain, albeit not in the usual way it being probate property! - but she stuck with us and it worked out!!
