Absolutely awful - the most unprofessional service I have ever received. Throughout the whole process they did not seem to have a clue what they were talking about. We were told we didn't need a guarantor, then asked if we had paid the guarantor fees. Once we had paid the agency fees, we were then asked twice more if we had paid them. They do not seem to have any system for keeping note of what they have done. When we came in to sign the contracts, we were given the most unprofessional service ever - the man we saw handed us the contracts which he had clearly just printed a template off the internet, then when we took the time to read them we were told there was no point in reading them as half of it wouldn't apply to us or be true anyway! He then spoke to someone else on the phone for about 20 minutes completely ignoring us and any questions that we had. We were told initially by CEA we would have the choice of a 6 or 12 month contract, and then this was gone back on and when we went to sign the contract were told it had to be 12 months. They were all very rude about this, we did not feel like valued customers at all.

Horrible customer service. One of the agents has been really racist and rude at the phone shouting when trying to contact them, ignoring my emails and putting excuses to delay the date to pay me back the deposit. Horrible experience....

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have been honest and told us that they were personally affiliated with this house. We would have been a lot more careful had we known this fact.
