As other people has stated avoid to rent with this overrated company. They will charge you a lot when entering to the property and, when you leave, they will try to take as much money from your deposit as they can, trying to find bad excuses. Awful experience!
And by the way, of you have something that need fixing in the property, be ready to wait for months!as they wont pay attention to you.

Comment on agent fees
High charges when you enter the house that you need to pay if you want to keep it. And keep in mind that they will charge you when you leave, no matter how clean you leave the house they will look for excuses as they know that we need the money back and we have not got the time to go for arbitration(which is a proccess that they need to accep as well otherwise it wont serve for nothing)
