Hi Ross, I highly doubt that your review (if you DO have one) would change a thing. I spent 18 months trying to get someone to work with me on these issues and everyone sounded wonderfully sympathetic and helpful. The reality was though, that your company policy of shifting clients from one person to another as soon as an issue occurred is the biggest frustration of all.
