Appalling customer service with no care or recourse to the customer. Throughout the tenancy admin has at best been sporadic, with things chased diligently when Daniel Watney wanted something, but slowly dealt with if it was something we as tenants needed. However, moving out proved the worst experience; after some confusion with leaving furniture which we had agreed to put in place of furniture the landlord had when we arrived, we were charged then to REMOVE said furniture. On discussion, it was agreed that if the landlord DIDNT want the furniture, we would remove it (I would have kept it). In fact, unilaterally Daniel Watney removed the furniture, didn't inform us, and disposed of it AND charged us for the privilege. They have blamed process, ignoring the fact that this was not what was agreed (and forgetting that WE are the customers). But they don't care we're moving out. I advise no body to use this backward company on this basis. The sooner these businesses which have no ethos of actually SERVING their customers, are put out of business, the better.
