My wife and i have rented our house from Harcourt Estates since 2009. From the moment we approached them the whole process was made easy for us all of our questions were answered with courtesy and respect.

During the checks we thought there was going to be a problem, one phone call to Paul and our worries disappeared, he rang the company doing the checks and rang us back later the same day to re-assure us things were on track.

We have always found all of the staff to be approachable and sympathetic with any issues we have had, they have even solved problems that weren't neccessarily their problem to deal with. Diffusing tensions with our neighbour's in the process.

We have found their contractors easy to deal with. Having reported a problem to Harcourt Estates we normally get a phone call from the contractor within an hour or two to confirm what time they will arrive and they haven't been late yet. They have normally arrived the same day we reported the problem, certainly by the following morning and most of our problems have been fixed during that visit.. Better service than trying to find someone to help when you own your own house.

All of the contractors have kept us fully informed whilst working to solve the problem, not one has been grumpy even when we had to call one back bacause the part he fitted failed the the next day.

Having said all of that no one is perfect, i am sure some tenants have experieced problems with Harcourt Estates.

It's just that we haven't!!
