Entwistle Green (Lytham St Annes office) told me that the ground rent on a flat was 500 pounds and on that basis I paid a deposit. What they didn't tell me was that the ground rent was subject to all sorts of complicated financial terms. I pulled out of the deal and asked for my money back. They have stopped communicating with me.

Raised ernt with no letter. I think the staff in the office dont like me, and will have thrown my notification in the bin due to the many many disputes we have had, and broken promises. I think they did it maliciously to wind me up, because they know I have autism. I never got the letter to say the rent was being increased.

Dishonest
Have made every excuse to delay repayment of my security deposit even though the landlord has agreed to it.
They claim it takes 15 working days ( 3 weeks) to process it.
Since they are fully computerised it should take less than a day to get it ...
