Rented a property through Belvoirs for 2 and a half years. Very happy to take money but not interested in sorting out problems.
Arranged 6 monthly check ups and never turned up and lied to landlords we hadn't cooperated. Check phone records for proof.
Absolutely disgusted with how we've been treated but glad to be out of it.
