I was a first-time buyer and feeling out of my depth, but James was a patient, cheerful, and reassuring presence in the process. He kept in regular communication to inform me of all updates, however slight, so I always knew what was going on behind the scenes. He took the initiative to solve several problems after the survey, and moved the chain along to completion in good time keeping everyone happy along the way. Above all, I felt I could trust him, and because of him I had great confidence in the company - which was not my experience with others I encountered. Would I recommend Davis Tate? I already have.
