We are a professional couple that are looking for a town centre property and to rent out our current house. We found on Zoopla an apartment with this agent and contacted them via this on Wed, Apr 4, 2012 at 10:40 AM and was sent a copy of the email.

Having heard nothing from them by the 11th April we decided to forward them the email generated by Zoopla to their direct email obtained from their website, along with some question marks indicating that perhaps it had been missed. Our email was sent during office hours and so far we have heard nothing back whatsoever.

From their clear lack of customer service and basic knowledge of first impressions we now wouldn't touch them with a barge pole in either a landlord or a tenant capacity which is what we were originally intending.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Acknowledged our interest even if the property was under application. The usual basic courtesy that you expect from agents.
