Mathew is excellent, we have used choices for over 20 years! we have over 10 properties which have always been managed by Choices. I can go on holiday and not worry my rent is going to be paid as it's guaranteed regardless on tenants paying their rent or not. Any problems will always be fixed for me without huge costs and most of all the tenants deal direct with them so I don't get calls from tenants direct. Our flats are never empty, there is normally a tenant ready to go in before the old tenant moves out.

Very reasonable for what is done, if our flats are never empty hence the cost of their fees are covered by their prompt work.
