This is the worst agency I have seen in my life. I don't know from were to start since the beginning until the end they have been awful.
When we came into the house most of the things were not working like the washing machine, no lights in the room, one of the toilets was not working and they haven't tell us anything about that, we have been without hot water In winter paying always on time, because problems of debt of the previous people that were leaving into the house and they didn't fixed , I had to go to a solicitor to get hot water back to have help from someone because the agency didn't want to take responsibilities. From September until today I still waiting my deposit , deal with this agency have been a nightmare for all of us , dealing with lawyers to have my deposit back, calling thousand times with no answers at all, they think that because we are Spanish and our English is not perfect they can laugh at us. how many people like us Have to have the same problem, that they don't speak well the language and they want to take advantage from it.
Very bad , they haven't help us in anything. And things that I haven't even comment yet like they tried to charge us for things that were already broken when we move into the house. Thanks that we have the prove for most of the things , because we could see since the beggining which type of people they are
