SInce HSC took over the management of our building, communication has been extremely poor, calls are never returned, staff are constantly "off", emails take ages to be answered.
All this may not be of much interest to investors - of course.
However, repairs take an absurdly long time to be dealt with, resulting in rapid deterioration of the building - and devaluing the property.
This includes an effect on the commercial premised below the tenants flats - including leaks etc.
All this despite all my efforts to communicate politely and efficiently with them.
If property owners are keen on having decent and good tenants - HSC is a sure way to put them off.
I cannot see why investors would accept to pay for such a property management service.
Geraldine Bliss in particular has been especially hard to get hold of - dragging out any issues.
Sarah Quinn has been the only more active and helpful staff member.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Communicate effectively.
Update tenants on changes
Keep up with repairs speedily

There has been no other communication either and the existing damage in my flat (tiles falling off wall in shower room - leading to water leaking into shop below) is still not fixed - after 8 months.
