All of the properties that were shown to us by Paul were great quality and we had a hard time deciding which one we liked the most. Paul was really helpful and knowledgeable about the properties and his customer service skills were excellent. After choosing the property the service unfortunately went down hill. As me and my partner both work in customer service ourselves and know how important it is we were both disappointed with the way we were dealt with.
There was also a mix up with the pricing of the deposit and the price of the rent which happened twice and even on the day we were moving in the tenancy agreement was still wrong which didn't look very professional. Regardless of the situation or amount of money customer service should be paramount in any company and I do think that Emma could have been friendlier when dealing with us.
Overall we love the property, perhaps we were renting at a busy time resulting in customer service not being as high quality as it should be. We would recommend the company to others but purely on the basis of the excellent range of properties Linley and Simpson offer.
