I have recently bought a property via the Bradley on-line auction. Communication from the agents was prompt, friendly and professional; advice was given in a clear way and reassurance was given as I did not quite understand the system. I also organised the Homebuyers Survey through Bradleys and I found that the liaison between branches and different departments was exceptional.
Comment on agent fees
Although the fees are quite high when you purchase via the on-line auction, I knew this before I embarked on the purchase.
